4 Reasons to Hire US

Nonprofit Startup Services

If you have been thinking about starting a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to provide community services, here are four reasons to allow me to complete the application packet for you. Select the video buttons to see the reasons explained in more detail.

Reason #1: Active Listener

I schedule one-hour free phone consultations to listen to potential clients explain their nonprofit vision. During the conversation, I take notes without interruption for the first 40 minutes of the call. The remaining 20 minutes are used to ask follow-up questions and to share if I believe the vision is viable based on IRS regulations and requirements for 501(c)(3) approval.

Reason #2: Professional

Transparency is one of the ways I demonstrate professional behavior. I provide my clients with a contractual agreement which gives details about the tasks I complete in order to prepare your “Form 1023: Application for Recognition of Exemption” (also known as the 501(c)(3) application) to submit to the IRS for review.

Reason #3: Meticulous

The “Form 1023: Application for Recognition of Exemption” is the official name for the 501(c)(3) application. This application requires the creation of several attachments to complete the application “packet” that is submitted to the IRS for review.

Because I realize how important it is to prepare a “federal” application correctly, I am very meticulous in how I research your vision, how I provide valid and verifiable statistics, how I compile financial data, and how I answer the questions in the application.

Reason #4: Credible

I completed the application packet for my own 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization called “Comprehensive Community-Based Solutions, Incorporated” in 2006. It was approved and I operated two programs under the organizational umbrella for ten years.

I have completed application packets for clients since 2010. My approval rating is 100% from the IRS. My experience, approval rating, and recommendations from clients make me very credible and capable of providing high-quality services for you.
